I am a senior executive with extensive global leadership and management experience in Maritime ports, Shipping, Logistics and road/rail Transport. I have a successful performance record covering strategic, financial, tactical and operational exposure and responsibilities in all areas of business management and leadership.

I have a comprehensive and wide ranging global experience of managing large and medium sized businesses as well as transformation projects, with a proven record of establishing profitable growth both through organic expansion and through M&A as well as business partnerships.

I have held various Board Memberships as Director and Chairman for the last +15 years driving strategies, improvements and overall business management execution.

FLEDAL CONSULTING LTD is an independent advisory with focus on investments and acquisitions as well as C-level managerial and leadership improvements, and providing expert assistance as a non executive board member.

Specific sector expertise in general infrastructure as well as in depth knowledge of logistics,maritime and transport segments, in particular in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
